I’ve always lovedtechnology and trendwatching. Hence my huge interest in digital transformation. It has been dismissed by some as a buzzword, but, make no mistake, today more than ever, digital has to be a major part of your Marketing Strategy. At Vlerick I’m currently following the program “Take the lead”. I also obtained several Google certificates. As well from the Google Analytics Academy as from Google Digital Garage. I believe that finding the right mix between creativity and execution is very challenging. Formulating clear objectives are crucial to identify management measures. In times of big data, having the right software (CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation…) and setting up the right dashboards are key.
In my experience having a good responsive site measured continuously by a wonderful Google Analytics dashboard – KPI/goal & conversion driven – should nowadays be basic. Marketing ROI is here to stay.
