Marketing, my life until now

I am an experienced hands-on B2B and B2C Marketing Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the building industry. I’m specialized in, developing and implementing an effective marketing plan and strategy, building up co-marketing communication platforms, strategic brand building and improving customer experience… My strenghts include setting up highly result-driven KPI-measured online (SEA, SEO, SEM…) & offline campaigns supporting the sales objectives and contributing to long-term sustained growth and profitabelity.

I’m a strong believer in collaboration and sharing  knowledge and skills. These days co-development, co-marketing partnership and being part of a business ecosystem is essential.

Co-marketing realized projects are for example (B2B) and toward  the enduser (B2C) the partnership of Deceuninck in and, the current “Woon” channel. 

I’ve always lovedtechnology and trendwatching. Hence my huge interest in digital transformation. It has been dismissed by some as a buzzword, but, make no mistake, today more than ever, digital has to be a major part of your Marketing Strategy.

At Vlerick I’m currently following the program “Take the lead”. I also obtained several Google certificates. As well from the Google Analytics Academy as from Google Digital Garage. See also

I believe that finding the right mix between creativity and execution is very challenging. Formulating clear objectives are crucial to identify management measures. In times of big data, having the right software (CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation…) and setting up the right dashboards are key.

In my experience having a good responsive site measured continuously by a wonderful Google Analytics dashboard – KPI/goal & conversion driven – should nowadays be basic. Marketing ROI is here to stay.
